Our policy provides peace of mind, ensuring that if any product proves defective or unsuitable, we will gladly repair, replace, or provide store credit, subject to the terms below.

In Summary

If you no longer want a product within seven days of receiving it, you can return it for an exchange or store credit, provided it is in its original packaging and resalable condition. Please note, refunds are not provided for returns or exchanges.

Return and Replacement Terms for VET / Professional Grooming Equipment

  1. Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is in sealed packaging (outer and inner) and returned within 15 days from the date of invoice.
  2. Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects for six months from the invoice date. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or physical damage.
  3. Defective Products: Within the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced at the seller’s discretion after inspection.
  4. Post-Warranty Service: For products outside the warranty, customers may send the product to an authorized service center at their own expense for repairs.

Return Eligibility for General Products

  • Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit if reported within seven days of delivery.
  • The following items are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or defective:
    • Personalized products (e.g., engraved tags)
    • Bedding, crates, and pet pens
    • Cat litter, trays, and accessories
    • Cat furniture and scratchers
    • Grooming products
  • Additional items may also be deemed non-returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items and Discretionary Returns

If a product is non-returnable, ABK Grooming may still consider a return at its discretion. A return fee equal to delivery costs or other applicable charges may apply. You will be informed of any fees at the time of return processing, and your agreement will be required.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made more than seven days after delivery.
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged due to abnormal use.
  • The product is missing original packaging or labels, or the packaging is damaged.

In cases where an exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

Receiving a Returned Item

ABK Grooming reserves the right to reject returns lacking original packaging or received in a damaged, unclean, or used condition (unless defective). If you do not want the item returned at your expense, ABK Grooming may donate it to a needy cause.

Return Process

If a return is approved, ABK Grooming will arrange a pick-up via our delivery partner. If pick-up is unavailable, customers should send the item to our warehouse at:

Upon receipt at the warehouse, the product will be inspected, and the return or exchange will be processed. Note that ABK Grooming will not reimburse any shipping costs incurred by the customer in returning the item.
