3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms shall be as per the instructions printed on the face of the Sales invoice.
- If the payment remains unpaid by the Buyer after the due date, the Company shall claim interest @ 24% per annum and reserve the right to collect the goods supplied to the Buyer through its authorized representative(s).
- Wherever the material is delivered on credit, the company reserves its right on such material until all payments are received as per the terms of the Sales.
4. Delivery Terms
- Company shall make its best efforts to meet the delivery schedule. However, any delay due to circumstances beyond control shall be communicated to the Customer.
- Risk associated with the goods shall pass to Buyer based on agreed delivery terms, or upon any collection by the Buyer, whichever occurs first.
- Title shall pass to Buyer only upon full payment of the price of the goods and settlement of all outstanding debt.
- If Buyer requests deferral of deliveries, Company’s agreement shall not excuse Buyer from its obligation to pay as per the original delivery schedule.
5. Cancellation Charges

6. Transit Damages
In case of any damages, inform the transporter in writing and notify the seller within 2 days of receipt with necessary proofs.
7. Return and Replacement Terms
For VET / Professional Grooming Equipment:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed and within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months but excludes normal wear & tear or physical damage.
- Defective products within warranty may be repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion.
For Treats, Accessories, and Other Products:
- Returns are accepted within 6 months if the product is in good condition and has at least 5 months of remaining shelf life.
- Manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement upon inspection.
8. Credit Note
In no circumstances will there be a refund for returned products. A Credit Note will be provided for use against future orders or outstanding dues.
