Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

ABK Grooming is committed to providing a wide range of premium products from top-notch international brands for pet professionals and pet parents, making every pet’s life easier. Our team constantly works to ensure you can shop for both our existing and new products conveniently at abkgrooming.com.

This policy is designed to give you peace of mind, assuring you that if any product purchased from ABK Grooming is defective or unsuitable for you or your pet, we will gladly repair, replace, or provide you with store credit, subject to the terms below.


In Summary

If you decide you no longer want a product within seven days of its delivery, you can return it for an exchange or store credit. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Note that we do not provide refunds for returns or exchanges.


Cancellation of Orders

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, notify our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 95119 60778 or email at support@abkgrooming.com. If the order was prepaid, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • Cash on delivery orders refused at delivery will not be refunded or credited.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may accept or refuse the delivery. If you reject it, and the order was prepaid, a refund will be processed. Cash on delivery orders rejected at delivery will not be refunded or credited.

Return Eligibility

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless reported damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery:

  • Personalized products (e.g., engraved identification tags)
  • Bedding, crates, pens, mats, beds, blankets, tipi tents
  • Cat litter, trays, and accessories
  • Cat furniture and scratchers
  • Grooming products

Note: This list is not exhaustive, and some specific products may also be non-returnable unless defective.


ABK Grooming’s Discretion for Non-Returnable Items

ABK Grooming reserves the right to decide whether to accept returns for non-returnable items. A return fee, equivalent to the delivery cost or any other applicable fee, may be charged. You will be informed of any such fee and must agree to it before the return or exchange is processed.


Returns or Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The return request is submitted after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used or altered in any way.
  • The product has been damaged through abnormal use.
  • The product is returned without original packaging or labels, or if the packaging is damaged.

Note: If the product for exchange is unavailable, store credit will be provided.


Receiving a Return Item

Returned items must be in original packaging and clean. If received broken, dirty, or used (unless defective), store credit or an exchange will not be provided. You may choose to have the item sent back at your expense or donated.

This will be determined upon examination in our warehouse.


Return Process

  1. We will arrange a return pick-up through our delivery partner.

  2. If a pick-up is not possible from your location, you are responsible for shipping the item to:

  3. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will process the return or exchange. Delivery costs incurred for returning the item will not be reimbursed.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in specific circumstances:

  1. If an order is canceled before dispatch, and the order was prepaid, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
  2. No refunds will be issued for cash on delivery orders that are refused at the time of delivery or rejected upon arrival.
  3. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund. If you choose to reject the delivery, a refund will only be processed if the order was prepaid.
  4. In the case of defective or damaged products reported within the return eligibility period, we may repair, replace, or offer store credit.

Note: Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
